Originally debuting over a decade ago as a 16k entry for the 2013 RGCD C64 16k Cartridge Competition, this latest iteration marks the absolute final version of the title. The developers have completely polished the experience, delivering a bug-free, definitive edition of the beloved puzzler. The goal of the game is simple, you have to clear each level by swapping the position of the coloured gems in a ‘match-2-or-more’ style. But as is always the case with games, the difficulty ramps up with an increasing speed timer, black gems which can’t be moved, and non movable wall bricks. A rather enjoyable game indeed and in my opinion a top quality C64 update that features many great retro graphics and a brilliant retro music, certainly one to download for the C64!
